To schedule a session, simply click on the picture of your coach below to view their calendar and select an available appointment time.

 

Please note: Appointment times are displayed in your current time zone.

 

Pricing & Payment:

• Initial Session & Single Coaching Sessions: $160

• Discounted Pre-Paid Packages: Available after the initial session

• Insurance: Due to the coaching nature of our services, insurance is not accepted

• Payment Methods: Cash, Venmo, check, and credit cards are accepted​

Cancellation Policy:

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged or having a session deducted from your prepaid package.
